Nature of America: Southern Florida Wetland U.S. Postal Service stamp pane and products, 2006

PhotoAssist plays a key role in the U.S. Postal Service’s commemorative stamp program. For the Southern Florida Wetland stamps, the eighth in the Nature of America educational series, we worked with experts to choose the plants and animals shown in the painting. As the project continued, we provided artist John D. Dawson with visual reference, verified the accuracy of the artwork, and wrote text for the stamp sheet and collectible products.
